Your files

Fonts, sizes, margins and spacing follow the format rules Crafteny read from the solicitation, and page counts come from the finished files. Files are named the way the agency asks. Download all gives you the package in Word, and PDF where available.

Where to submit

Crafteny prepares and checks the package, and you submit it through the government's own channel. The stage shows how for each notice:

Contracts
SAM.gov, email or the agency's portal
Grants
Grants.gov Workspace, where the SF-424 forms are completed and signed
SBIR and STTR
Research.gov, DSIP or eRA Commons, depending on the agency

Record it, then watch for the award

After you submit, press Record submission and add the expected award date and your confirmation number. Crafteny runs the checks one more time first; if something is still open, Submit anyway records it with your reason.

From then on, the pursuit shows Waiting for the award decision and Crafteny watches the award notices for you. It marks the pursuit Won when it finds your firm, and the news reaches you in the morning email and the bell.
